Delicious Porridge
Dried apricots, Rolled oats, Banana, Milk, Berries of your choice
This delicious porridge simmers rolled oats with banana, milk and sweet dried apricots for a naturally sweet, fibre-rich breakfast. The apricots add iron and gentle sweetness without any sugar. A warming, filling start to the day for babies from around 8 months — cook until soft and creamy.
Ingredients
- Dried apricots30 g
- Rolled oats20 g
- Banana1/2 piece
- Milk50 ml
Instructions

Thoroughly wash the dried apricots and cut into small cubes.

Add the banana to them and mash with a fork.

Add the oats and pour in the milk.

Mix everything together, put into molds, and place in the freezer 🥶Preparation: Steam for 15 minutes. ❄️No need to thaw ⏰ Store for no more than 90 days
