Sweet potato, Rice flour, Banana, Oil
An egg-free breakfast of soft sweet potato, banana, rice flour and a little oil — naturally sweet, plant-based and gentle on little tummies. It's a great option for babies avoiding egg, suitable from around 6 months. Cook until soft and serve mashed or in soft pieces depending on your baby's stage.
Ingredients
- Sweet potato (boiled until soft)100 g
- Banana1/2 pc
- Rice flour1 tbsp
- Oil1 tsp
Instructions

Mash the sweet potato and banana with a fork.

Add the flour and oil. Mix thoroughly.
