Fish Balls

Pollock, Carrot, Potato, Cheese, Butter

Soft fish balls made with mild pollock, potato and carrot, with optional cheese for extra flavour. They're a tender, protein-rich finger food that's easy to manage and a great way to serve fish from around 8 months. Steam or bake until cooked through, then cool and serve in safe pieces.

Ingredients

  • Pollock fillet1 pc
  • Potato (medium)1 pc
  • Carrot (medium)1 pc
  • Cheese (optional, if introduced)10 g
  • Butter or Ghee1 tbsp

Instructions

    Steam or boil all ingredients in a small amount of water. Remove any bones from the pollock.

    After cooking, mash them with a fork, then add the cheese and butter.

    Form into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    ♨️Bake in an air fryer or oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
