Soft fish cakes made with mild cod or pollock, zucchini, egg and a little butter — a gentle, protein-rich finger food for babies from around 8 months. The zucchini keeps them moist and tender. Pan-cook or bake until golden and cooked through, then cool and serve in safe, grabbable pieces.
