This fish casserole bakes pink salmon with sweet pumpkin, egg and onion into a soft, protein-rich square. Salmon brings omega-3 fats while pumpkin adds beta-carotene and natural sweetness. A nourishing meal for babies from around 8 months — bake until just set, then cool and cut into safe pieces.
