Pink salmon, Egg, Pumpkin, Onion

This fish casserole bakes pink salmon with sweet pumpkin, egg and onion into a soft, protein-rich square. Salmon brings omega-3 fats while pumpkin adds beta-carotene and natural sweetness. A nourishing meal for babies from around 8 months — bake until just set, then cool and cut into safe pieces.

Ingredients

  • Pink salmon250 g
  • Egg1 pc
  • Pumpkin100 g
  • Medium onion1/2 pc

Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined, leaving small chunks.

    Pour the mixture into molds.

    Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
