Fish Lunch

Pollock, Zucchini, Carrot, Onion, Ptitim, Oil, Herbs, Curd cheese

This fish lunch simmers mild pollock with zucchini, carrot, onion and ptitim (pearl couscous), finished with a little curd cheese for creaminess. It's a balanced, protein-rich bowl that's easy to digest from around 8 months. Cook everything soft, cut the pasta short, and serve warm at a safe temperature.

Ingredients

  • Pollock100 g
  • Onion1/4 piece
  • Zucchini150 g
  • Carrot50 g
  • Children's curd cheese (plain)1 tbsp
  • Ptitim80 g
  • Butter or sunflower oil1 tbsp
  • Water700 ml
  • Dried herbsto taste

Instructions

    Cut all ingredients into small cubes, place them in a pot or pan, add water, and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add the ptitim and the curd cheese (can be replaced with low-fat sour cream).

    Cook over low heat for 20 minutes until the water has completely evaporated.
