Pollock fillet, Potato, Carrot
Mild pollock blended with potato and carrot makes a smooth, protein-rich fish puree that's easy to digest — a gentle way to introduce fish from around 7 months. White fish offers lean protein and important nutrients in a soft texture babies handle well. Blend thoroughly and serve lukewarm.
Ingredients
- Pollock fillet30 g
- Potato40 g
- Carrot50 g
- Boiling water50 ml
Instructions

Steam or boil all ingredients in a pot with a small amount of water.

Add boiling water and a bit of oil if desired and to taste.
