Flourless pancakes blend cooked millet with banana and egg for a soft, naturally sweet, gluten-free breakfast rich in gentle energy. They're a wholesome, easy option for babies from around 8 months and great for self-feeding. Pan-cook gently until set, then cool and cut into strips for little hands.
Ingredients

- Egg1 pc
- Banana60 g
- Any oil1 tsp
Instructions

Rinse the millet well and soak in boiling water overnight, or boil for 10 minutes.

Blend the cooked millet, egg, banana, and oil (butter or ghee are recommended) using an immersion blender.

Cook the pancakes over low heat for 4 minutes on each side.
