Frittata for toddlers

Zucchini, Carrot, Cheese, Egg, Cherry tomato

A toddler frittata baked with zucchini, carrot, cheese, egg and sweet cherry tomato — soft, protein-rich and full of vegetables. It's easy to digest and perfect cut into strips for self-feeding from around 10 months. Bake until set, then cool slightly and slice into grabbable fingers.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini100 g
  • Carrot100 g
  • Cheese50 g
  • Egg1 pc
  • Cherry tomato3 pcs

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix the coarsely grated vegetables, 30 g of cheese, and the egg.

    Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.

    Top with halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

    Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes.
