Fruit pancakes blend juicy nectarine into a batter of egg, rice flour and corn flour for a soft, naturally sweet and gluten-free breakfast. Ingredients
- Nectarine1 pc
- Egg1 pc
- Rice flour2 tbsp
- Corn flour1 tbsp
- Baking powder1/2 tsp
- Butter1 tbsp
Instructions

1. Finely chop 1/2 of the nectarine and add the remaining ingredients to it.

2. Place thin slices of the remaining nectarine onto a frying pan, then pour the batter on top.

3. Bake for 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
