Ginger Meatballs

Pumpkin, Chicken, Oil, Water

Ginger meatballs blend sweet pumpkin into ground chicken or turkey for moist, lean bites that are rich in fibre and protein. Despite the name they stay mild and gentle. A wholesome finger food for babies from around 8 months — simmer or bake until cooked through and serve cut to a safe size.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin100 g
  • Ground chicken or turkey50 g
  • Oil1 tbsp
  • Water30 ml

Instructions

    Grate the pumpkin using a fine grater.

    Add the minced meat and oil to the pumpkin, and mix thoroughly.

    There are several ways to cook: - in a steamer for 20 minutes. - in the oven at 180°C. You just need to add water to the bottom of the dish.
