These ginger pancakes use creamy sweet potato and egg for a soft, fibre-and-protein-rich bite that's naturally sweet — despite the name, they're gentle and mild. A nourishing breakfast for babies from around 8 months. Pan-cook until set and serve in strips that little hands can grip.

Ingredients

  • Sweet potato100 g
  • Egg1 pc

Instructions

    Boil the sweet potato for 20 minutes.

    Let it cool down slightly and mash with a fork.

    Add the egg to the mixture and stir.

    Bake in a dry pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
