Ginger Pancakes
Sweet potato, Egg
These ginger pancakes use creamy sweet potato and egg for a soft, fibre-and-protein-rich bite that's naturally sweet — despite the name, they're gentle and mild. A nourishing breakfast for babies from around 8 months. Pan-cook until set and serve in strips that little hands can grip.
