Green Dumplings (Fish)
Flour, Egg, Red fish, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Boiling water, Spinach
These green dumplings wrap a filling of omega-3-rich red fish, broccoli and cauliflower in a vibrant spinach dough — colourful, nutrient-dense and fun to eat. A lovely way to serve fish and greens from around 8 months. Boil until tender, then cool slightly and cut into safe pieces.
Ingredients
- For the dough: Wheat flour350 g
- Boiling water150 ml
- Egg (C1)1 pc
- Spinach30 g
- Salt1 tsp
- For the filling: Red fish of choice100 g
- Broccoli60 g
- Cauliflower60 g
- Salt1 tsp

*The dough is enough for 2 batches of dumplings; you can freeze the remaining part. Blend the egg with the spinach in a blender.

Mix all the dough ingredients together. You will get a soft and elastic dough.

Put the fish, both types of cabbage, and salt into a blender and pulse until well combined.

Shape small dumplings and place them in the freezer.

❄️Store in the freezer for up to 180 days. Preparation: Boil for 5-7 minutes in boiling water without defrosting.
