Green dumplings with a turkey, onion and zucchini filling are wrapped in a vivid spinach dough for an iron-and-protein-rich meal that's as fun as it is nourishing. Suitable from around 8 months. Boil until the dough is tender and the filling cooked through, then cool and cut to a safe size.

Ingredients

  • For the dough: Wheat flour350 g
  • Boiling water150 ml
  • Egg (C1)1 pc
  • Spinach30 g
  • For the filling: Turkey fillet200 g
  • Onion50 g
  • Zucchini100 g
  • Butter25 g
  • Salt1 tsp

Instructions

    *The dough is enough for 2 batches of dumplings; you can simply freeze the remaining part. Blend the egg and spinach in a blender.

    Mix all the dough ingredients together. You will get a soft and elastic dough.

    Put all filling ingredients into a blender and blend well; melt the butter in the microwave beforehand.

    Form small dumplings and put them in the freezer. Cook like regular dumplings without defrosting.
