Green meatballs pack iron-rich spinach into tender chicken with onion and a little sour cream for moist, nutrient-dense bites. The spinach blends right in, making greens easy to love from around 8 months. Simmer or bake until cooked through, then cool and serve cut to a safe, manageable size.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh fillet150 g
  • Spinach30 g
  • Onion20 g
  • Water200 ml
  • Sour cream1 tsp
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Salt (after one year of age to taste)to taste
  • Any oil1 tsp

Instructions

    Place the meat, spinach, and onion into a blender and process until smooth. Form small meatballs and place them on a dry, preheated frying pan.

    Turn the meatballs over. Pour in a sauce made of water, sour cream, paprika, and oil.

    Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
