Green Patties
Broccoli, egg, chicken leg or thigh, oil, semolina (optional)
Green patties pack broccoli into chicken with egg and optional semolina for a protein-and-fibre-rich bite that's soft and easy to chew. They're a great way to serve greens as finger food from around 8 months. Pan-cook or bake until cooked through, then cool and cut to a safe size.
Ingredients
- Broccoli3-4 florets
- Egg1 pc
- Chicken leg or thigh1 pc
- Oil1 tsp
- Semolina (optional)1 tbsp

Place all ingredients into a blender.

Spoon the mixture onto a dry skillet and cook like pancakes over low heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. You can add spinach if desired.
