These green waffles tuck a creamy cheese-and-herb filling inside a spinach-and-cheese batter for a savoury, vitamin-rich bite that's soft and fun. The spinach adds iron and greens. A great option for toddlers from around 12 months — cook until set, then cool and cut into easy-to-hold pieces.

Ingredients

  • For the dough: Flour3 tbsp
  • Egg1 pc
  • Spinach50 g
  • Cheese50 g
  • Dried garlic and salt to tasteto taste
  • For the filling: Egg2 pcs
  • Cream cheese or sour cream2 tbsp
  • Herbs, salt and dried garlic to tasteto taste

Instructions

    Place all dough ingredients into a blender and blend well. Bake the waffles for 5 minutes each.

    For the filling, boil the eggs, grate them, and mix with the remaining ingredients.
