These healthy cookies bake curd with corn flour, egg and sweet dried apricots and raisins for a soft, high-protein snack with no refined sugar. The dried fruit adds iron and natural sweetness. A wholesome treat for babies from around 8 months — bake until set, then cool and serve in safe pieces.
Ingredients

- Corn flour100 g
- Egg1 pc
- Butter60 g
- Dried apricots50 g
- Raisins100 g
Instructions

Pour hot water over the raisins and dried apricots for 10-15 minutes.

Then blend them until smooth.

Mix all the ingredients together.

With damp hands, form small patties and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. ♨️ In an air fryer - 10 minutes at 180°C.
