This healthy snack blends sweet prunes and banana with walnut, egg and corn flour into chewy, energy-boosting bites rich in fibre and healthy fats. It's a wholesome treat for toddlers from around 12 months. Bake until set, then cool and serve in small pieces — supervise closely, as it contains nuts.

- Corn flour50 g
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Pour the mixture into molds (you can bake them as muffins) and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
