Broccoli, Rice, Egg, Carrot
A hearty breakfast of broccoli, rice, egg and carrot — savoury, balanced and full of greens to start the day. It comes together as a soft bake or scramble that babies can manage from around 8 months. Cook the egg through fully and chop to a comfortable texture for self-feeding.
Ingredients
- Broccoli4-5 florets
- Rice60 g
- Egg (C1)1 pc
- Carrot100 g
Instructions

Boil all ingredients except the egg.

Mash the broccoli with a fork and add it to the rice.

Grate the carrot into the mixture and add the egg. Mix everything well. Portion into molds and place in the freezer. Steam the preparation for 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can place it in a pot with a small amount of water and cook for the same amount of time with the lid on.
