Hearty Casserole
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sour cream, Cheese, Water
This hearty casserole bakes broccoli and cauliflower with sour cream or yogurt and cheese into a creamy, vegetable-rich square packed with fibre and protein. It's a filling meal for toddlers from around 10 months. Bake until set and golden, then cool slightly and cut into manageable pieces.
Ingredients
- Broccoli100 g
- Cauliflower100 g
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt1 tbsp
- Cheese30-50 g
- Water (optional)100-150 ml
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together. Grate the cheese and add it to the vegetables.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish; you can add a little water if desired to make the cabbage more tender.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
