Hearty Vegetable Casserole
Broccoli, Cottage Cheese, Zucchini, Carrot, Oil, Egg
A hearty vegetable casserole layering broccoli, zucchini and carrot with cottage cheese and egg — packed with greens and gentle protein. The egg binds it into soft, sliceable pieces ideal for self-feeding from around 8 months. Bake until just set and golden, then cool and cut to size.
Ingredients
- Broccoli3-4 florets
- Zucchini80 g
- Carrot60 g
- Cottage cheese40 g
- Egg2 pcs
- Oil1 tbsp
Instructions

Grate the zucchini and carrot using a coarse grater. DO NOT squeeze the liquid out of the zucchini.

Add the chopped broccoli, oil, eggs, and cottage cheese to the vegetables, mix well, and distribute into molds.

Place in the freezer until fully solid. Bake without thawing in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. ❄️Can be cooked without thawing. ⏰Store for no more than 180 days.
