Hearty Vegetable Casserole
Broccoli, Cottage Cheese, Zucchini, Carrot, Oil, Egg
A hearty vegetable casserole layering broccoli, zucchini and carrot with cottage cheese and egg — packed with greens and gentle protein. The egg binds it into soft, sliceable pieces perfect for self-feeding from around 8 months. Bake until just set, then cool and cut into manageable squares.
Ingredients
- Broccoli3-4 florets
- Zucchini80 g
- Carrot60 g
- Cottage cheese40 g
- Egg2 pcs
- Oil1 tbsp
Instructions

Grate the zucchini and carrot using a coarse grater. Do NOT squeeze the moisture out of the zucchini.

Add the chopped broccoli, oil, eggs, and cottage cheese to them. Mix well and distribute into small molds.

Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
