Ice Cream

Plain quark, berries, banana, 10% cream, vanilla

A wholesome homemade ice cream blended from quark, cream, banana and berries with a touch of vanilla — no refined sugar, just fruit and dairy. It's a fun, protein-rich treat for toddlers from around 10 months on a warm day. Freeze until firm and let it soften slightly before serving.

Ingredients

  • Plain quark (curd cheese)1 pc
  • 10% cream1 pc
  • Banana1 pc
  • Strawberries or any berries100g
  • Vanilla1/2 tsp

Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Vanilla is optional.

    Pour into ice cream molds and place in the freezer until fully set. *A link to good ice cream molds can be found in the "Inventory links" section. Store for no more than 180 days.
