Juicy Casserole
Chicken leg, Zucchini, Egg, Green beans, Oil
This juicy casserole bakes chicken leg with zucchini, green beans and egg into a soft, protein-and-fibre-rich square. The vegetables keep it moist while the egg binds it for easy self-feeding from around 8 months. Bake until just set, then cool and cut into manageable pieces.
Ingredients
- Chicken leg1 pc
- Zucchini100 g
- Egg1 pc
- Green beans30 g
- Oil1 tsp
Instructions

Remove the meat from the chicken leg and cut into small pieces.

Grease a small baking dish with oil and place the meat inside.

Dice the zucchini and layer it over the meat.

Finely chop the beans and add them to the dish as well.

Beat the egg with a fork and pour it over the contents of the dish.

Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
