Juicy meatballs blend minced meat with zucchini, carrot and onion for tender, vegetable-rich bites that stay moist. They're a protein-packed finger food for babies from around 8 months and freeze well for busy weeks. Simmer or bake until cooked through and serve cut to a safe size.
Ingredients
- Minced meat100 g
- Onion1/4 piece
- Zucchini100 g
- Carrot30 g
- Any oil1 tsp
- Water250 ml
Instructions

Mix the minced meat with grated zucchini.

Place finely chopped onion and grated carrot in a dry pan and add water.

Form small meatballs from the mixture and place them in the pan. Simmer under a lid for 20 minutes, adding the oil at the end.
