A child-friendly kharcho soup brimming with chicken or turkey, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato and rice — a balanced bowl of protein and vegetables. Instructions
- 1
Cut all ingredients into large cubes, place in a pot, and cover with water. Boil until tender for 20-25 minutes.
- 2
Then, blend until smooth (like a pureed soup). (If your child doesn't like pureed soup, you can dice everything finely at the start and boil it as is).
- 3
Pour into portioned containers (e.g., my daughter eats 2.5 ladles of this soup), like breast milk storage bags; if you don't have any, you can order them online.
- 4
Place in the freezer until fully solid. 🔥 For children over one year old, you can add salt and a little garlic to taste.
- 5
How to properly defrost and reheat? Take out the required number of portions and place them in the refrigerator overnight.
- 6
15 minutes before lunch, place the soup in its bag into hot (not boiling) water and shake periodically.
- 7
You can also use a bottle warmer. ⏰ Can be stored in the freezer for up to 90 days.
