Kefir, Baking soda, Boiling water, Egg, Wheat flour, Rice flour, Butter, Vegetable oil

Kids' pancakes made with Biolact, egg and a mix of wheat and rice flour are soft, fluffy and lightly tangy — a fun breakfast for toddlers from around 12 months. They cook up tender and golden. Pan-cook gently until set, then cool and cut into strips for self-feeding.

Ingredients

  • "Tyoma" Biolact1 pc
  • Baking soda1/2 tsp
  • Egg1 pc
  • Boiling water100 ml
  • Oil20 ml
  • Wheat flour70 g
  • Rice flour30 g
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

    Add baking soda to the kefir and stir. Let the reaction take place.

    Add the egg and flour, mix well with a whisk until smooth.

    Pour in the oil and boiling water, mix thoroughly again. Bake in a dry frying pan for 1 minute on each side. For the filling, you can take a banana, mash it with a fork, and mix with cottage cheese.
