Kids' Pilaf

A child-friendly pilaf with tender chicken leg, rice flakes, carrot and onion — a soft, fragrant one-pot meal that's easy to digest. It delivers protein, gentle grains and vegetables in every spoonful for babies from around 8 months. Simmer until soft and serve warm at a safe temperature.

Ingredients

  • Chicken leg1 pc
  • Rice flakes50 g
  • Carrot30 g
  • Onion1/2 pc
  • Oil1 tsp
  • Water250 ml

Instructions

    Lightly sauté the onion and carrot without oil in a dry pan for 5 minutes.

    Remove the meat from the chicken leg, chop it into 1x1 cm pieces, and add to the onion and carrot.

    Add the washed rice and stir everything together.

    Pour in the water and add the oil.

    Simmer over low heat until the water has evaporated.
