Little Muffins
Banana, soft quark, egg, polenta, berries, baking powder
Little muffins fold sweet banana and berries into a soft quark-and-polenta batter for naturally sweet, protein-rich bites made with wholesome ingredients. They're a lovely snack for toddlers from around 12 months and great for lunchboxes. Bake until set, then cool before serving in easy-to-hold pieces.
Ingredients
- Polenta or semolina100 g
- Soft quark1 tbsp (heaping)
- Egg (C0 size)1 pc
- Any berries60 g
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Banana70 g
Instructions

Mix all ingredients and let them sit for 10-15 minutes. Optionally, you can add sweetener to taste.

Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
