Little Nests
Veal or beef mince, Zucchini, Dill, Cheese
These little nests of veal or beef mince, zucchini, dill and cheese make a fun, protein-rich meal for toddlers from around 10 months. The zucchini keeps the meat moist while a little cheese adds savoury appeal. Bake until cooked through and serve warm, cut to a safe, manageable size.
Ingredients
- Veal or beef mince200 g
- Zucchini100 g
- Fresh dill1 tbsp
- Cheese40 g

It is best to prepare the mince yourself.

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze out the excess liquid.

Add the herbs and mix everything thoroughly.

Form flat patties and top them with grated cheese. ❄️ Preparation after defrosting: The nests can be baked in the oven with a little water on the bottom of the tray for 30-40 minutes at 180°C. They can also be steamed for 40 minutes.
