These liver sausages combine iron-rich chicken liver with sweet pumpkin, onion and egg into soft, nutrient-dense bites. Liver is one of nature's richest sources of iron and vitamin A for growing babies. A wholesome option from around 8 months — steam or bake until cooked through and serve cut small.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver100 g
  • Onion1/2 piece
  • Pumpkin30 g
  • Egg1 piece

Instructions

    Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well until smooth.

    Pour into molds and steam for 15 minutes.
