Liver Soufflé
Beef liver, Onion, Zucchini, Egg
This liver souffle whips iron-rich beef liver with onion, zucchini and egg into a light, tender bake — a nutrient-dense way to include liver in a toddler's diet from around 10 months. Liver is exceptionally rich in iron and vitamin A. Bake until just set and serve in small, soft portions.
Ingredients
- Beef liver100 g
- Onion1/2 piece
- Zucchini50 g
- Egg1 piece
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Pour the mixture into silicone molds.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, or steam them.
