Meat Puree Fritters

Zucchini, Baby food puree, Egg, Corn or rice flour, Oil

These meat puree fritters are a clever way to use a jar of baby puree, combined with zucchini, egg and a little corn or rice flour. Soft and quick to cook, they're a handy finger food for babies just starting complementary feeding from around 8 months. Pan-cook gently until set and cool before serving.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini30 g
  • Baby food puree1 jar
  • Egg1 pc
  • Corn or rice flour1 tbsp
  • Oil1 tsp

Instructions

    Grate the zucchini using a fine grater.

    Add all other ingredients to the zucchini.

    Whisk everything together using a whisk or a fork.

  4. 4

    Cook in a dry non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes on each side over low heat.
