Meat Puree Fritters

These meat puree fritters turn a jar of baby puree into soft, savoury bites with zucchini and polenta — quick to make and easy to digest. They're a handy finger food for babies just expanding their menu from around 8 months. Pan-cook gently until set, then cool before serving in strips.
Ingredients
- Zucchini40 g
- Meat puree80 g
- Polenta/semolina2 tbsp (level)
- Any oil1 tsp

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze out slightly.

Add the remaining ingredients to the zucchini, mix, and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Fry mini fritters over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
