Meatball and Pumpkin Soup
Pumpkin, Turkey mince, Red lentils (optional), Potato, Water
A comforting soup of sweet pumpkin and turkey meatballs with potato and optional red lentils — protein and vegetables in one warming bowl. It's easy to digest and freezes well for busy weeks. Suitable from around 8 months; simmer until the meatballs are cooked through and serve warm.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin50 g
- Turkey mince100 g
- Red lentils (optional)20 g
- Potato (small)1 pc
- Water500 ml
Instructions

Roll the mince into small meatballs and place them in a pot.

Add all other ingredients next to them and pour water directly over the ingredients, avoiding the meatballs.

Once boiling, stir everything together.

Skim off the foam during cooking.

Cook until done. Optionally, you can add herbs at the end.
