Meatballs
Chicken thigh mince, Rice, Carrot, Onion
Mini chicken meatballs with rice, carrot and onion make a tender, finger-friendly meal for babies from around 8 months. They're soft enough for early chewers and easy to hold during baby-led weaning. Steam or simmer until cooked through, and offer cut to an appropriate size for your child.
Ingredients
- Chicken thigh mince300 g
- Rice40 g
- Carrot50 g
- Onion1/2 pc
Instructions

Pre-cook the rice and carrot.

Finely chop the onion. Mash the carrot with a fork.

Mix all ingredients together, place into molds, and freeze until completely solid. Steam or boil in a pot with a little water.
