Pasta with Cauliflower and Fish
Pasta, Cauliflower, Cheese, Tomato, Trout/Pink Salmon
This pasta combines cauliflower, cheese, tomato and mild trout or salmon for a creamy, omega-3-rich meal toddlers love from around 10 months. Soft, well-cooked pasta makes it easy to manage. Cook until tender and cut the pasta into safe lengths before serving warm.
Ingredients
- Pasta50 g
- Cauliflower100 g
- Cheese10 g
- Tomato1 pc
- Trout/Pink salmon30 g

Place pasta in boiling water. Set a colander over the pot, add the cauliflower, and cover with a lid. If you don't have a colander, you can simply boil the cauliflower in a separate pot.

Once the pasta is ready, remove the cauliflower and place it in a blender with a small amount of boiling water. Blend until pureed.

Pour the cauliflower puree into a pan and add the finely chopped tomato and fish.

Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Rinse the pasta and add it to the pan. Stir.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.
