Pizza

Zucchini, Wheat flour, Cheese, Tomato, Meat, Oil

This vegetable-based pizza uses grated zucchini in the dough for a lighter, nutrient-rich take on a family favourite, topped with cheese, tomato and a little meat. It's a fun way to introduce new textures to toddlers from around 10 months. Bake until set and golden, then cool and slice.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini200 g
  • Wheat flour2 tbsp
  • Cheese30 g
  • Tomato1/2 pc
  • Meat50 g

Add flour and oil to the zucchini, mix well, and spread onto a baking sheet, forming a round shape. Top with pieces of meat and tomato slices, then bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes. (In an air fryer: 10 minutes at 180°C).

  3. 3

After 15 minutes, remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes.

  4. 4
