Porridge
Pear, Carrot, Milk, Dairy-free porridge
A gentle dairy-free porridge cooked with pear and carrot, loosened with formula, breast milk or just boiling water. The fruit and vegetable add natural sweetness and vitamins to a soft, comforting bowl that's easy to digest from around 7 months. Stir until smooth and serve warm.
Ingredients
- Pear (medium)1/2 piece
- Carrot (medium)1/2 piece
- Formula or breast milk (can simply use boiling water)30 ml
- Porridge (store-bought dairy-free)3 tbsp
Instructions

Peel the pear and carrot and steam or boil them in a pot with a small amount of water for 30 minutes.

Then put everything into a blender, add the dry porridge and formula/breast milk/water.

Blend everything until smooth.
