Potato and chicken casserole
Potato, chicken thigh minced meat, carrot, egg, onion
This potato and chicken casserole binds grated potato, chicken thigh, carrot, onion and egg into a soft, balanced bake of protein and complex carbohydrates. It's a filling, family-friendly meal for babies from around 8 months. Bake until set and golden, then cool and cut into safe pieces.
Ingredients
- Potato (grated, squeezed)1 pc
- Chicken thigh mince200 g
- Carrot (medium)1 pc
- Small onion1 pc
- Egg1 pc

Grate the carrot and potato using a coarse grater.

Dice the chicken and onion into small cubes.

Add the egg and mix everything together.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
