Potato barrels are soft, cheesy baked potato bites that little hands love to grab. Made from potato, egg and cheese, they're crisp outside and fluffy within — a quick, fun finger food for toddlers from around 10 months. Bake until golden and set, then cool and serve in safe, manageable pieces.

Ingredients

  • Potato1 pc
  • Egg1 pc
  • Cheese20 g
  • Any oil/butter5 g

Instructions

    Boil the egg and potato until ready.

    Mash them with a fork or potato masher, then add the butter and cheese.

    Form into barrel shapes and place on parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C. ♨️ In an air fryer - at 220°C for 6 minutes.
