Potato Smileys

Potato smileys are soft, cheesy potato bites shaped into fun faces — a playful finger food toddlers love from around 10 months. Made from boiled potato, cheese and a little flour, they're crisp outside and fluffy within. Bake or pan-cook until golden, then cool and serve in safe pieces.
Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes300 g
- Cheese30 g
- Any flour4 tbsp
- Oil2 tbsp
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and boil until tender.

Transfer to a deep bowl and mash with a fork.

Add the remaining ingredients to the potatoes and mix thoroughly.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm.

Use a glass and a straw to make smiley faces as shown in the video.

Bake either in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes, or in an air fryer at 200°C for 5-7 minutes, brushing the smileys with oil.
