Pumpkin Pizza (Pre-made/Frozen)

A make-ahead pumpkin pizza with a pumpkin-egg base topped with leftover cooked meat, tomato and cheese — a brilliant way to turn odds and ends into a quick toddler meal from around 10 months. Prep the bases in advance and freeze. Bake until hot and golden, then cool and slice.

Ingredients

  • For the dough: Pumpkin150 g
  • Flour3 tbsp (heaping)
  • Egg2 pcs
  • For the topping: Any cooked meat or sausages from leftovers50 g
  • Tomato30 g
  • Cheese30 g

Instructions

    Pour the dough onto a well-heated pan and lower the heat.

    Immediately add the toppings, bake for another 3 minutes so the bottom sets well.

    Transfer to a board and let cool.

    Cut into the desired number of portions, place in bags, and store in the freezer.

    As needed, take it out of the freezer and, without thawing, finish baking in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. ♨️ In an air fryer, set to 130°C for 8 minutes, then 180°C for 5 minutes. ❄️ Such pizza can be stored for no more than 180 days.
