Sweet, mellow pumpkin blended with cauliflower makes a light, easy-to-digest puree that's gentle on new tummies. Naturally rich in beta-carotene and vitamin C, it's a comforting choice from around 7 months. Add water gradually until you reach a smooth, spoonable texture, and serve lukewarm.

- Cauliflower3 florets

Instructions

Steam or boil the ingredients in a small amount of water for 15-20 minutes.
