Pumpkin Soufflé

This pumpkin souffle folds sweet roasted pumpkin with baby curd cheese, egg and a little flour into a light, fluffy treat. Naturally sweet and high in protein, it's a comforting snack or breakfast for babies and toddlers from around 8 months. Bake until just set and serve warm or cool.

Ingredients

  • Boiled pumpkin100 g
  • Baby curd cheese1 tbsp
  • Egg (C1)1 pc
  • Flour of your choice2 tbsp

Instructions

    Whisk all ingredients well in a blender.

    Pour the mixture into molds and place in the freezer until completely frozen. Alternatively, you can bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. ❄️Can be cooked without defrosting ⏰Can be stored for up to 180 days.
