Pumpkin Soufflé
Pumpkin, Semolina, Baby cottage cheese, Egg
Another take on pumpkin souffle, this one sets boiled pumpkin with baby cottage cheese, semolina and egg into a light, airy bake. Naturally sweet and protein-rich, it's a comforting breakfast or snack from around 8 months. Bake until just set and serve warm or cool, cut into soft pieces.
Ingredients
- Boiled pumpkin100 g
- Semolina (can be replaced with polenta)2 tbsp
- Baby cottage cheese2 tbsp
- Small egg (C1)1 pc

Blend all ingredients together.

Pour into molds (the link to the mold in the photo is in the "Tool Links" section).

Steam for 15 minutes or bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
