Chicken drumsticks, Bulgur, Carrot, Onion
A genuinely quick and tasty meal: chicken drumsticks simmered with bulgur, onion and carrot for a balanced bowl of protein, complex carbohydrates and vegetables. It's filling and easy to digest for babies from around 8 months. Cook until very tender, shred the meat off the bone, and serve warm.
Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks4 pcs
- Bulgur200 g
- Onion1 pc
- Carrot1 pc
- Oil1 tbsp
- Water700 ml

1. Remove the skin from the drumsticks and fry them in a dry pan until golden brown on all sides.

2. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot using a fine grater, and add them to the drumsticks. Sauté lightly.

3. Rinse the bulgur, add it to the drumsticks, and pour in the water. Season with salt according to age and add the oil.

4. Simmer over low heat until the water has evaporated.
