Egg, Broccoli, Water, Oil
A genuinely quick breakfast: egg and broccoli cooked into a soft, protein-rich, low-calorie scramble or bake. It's an easy way to add greens to the morning for babies from around 8 months. Cook the egg through fully, then chop or mash to a texture your little one can manage.
Ingredients
- Egg1 pc
- Broccoli100 g
- Water100 ml
- Oil1 tsp
Instructions

1. Finely chop the raw broccoli and place it in a preheated pan.

2. Add water and cook until the water has evaporated.

3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl and pour it over the broccoli. Add a spoonful of oil (optional).

4. Cook covered over LOW heat for 4-5 minutes until done.
