Buckwheat, chicken leg, carrot, onion, oil, water

A quick buckwheat dish with chicken leg, carrot and onion — iron-rich, naturally gluten-free and ready in little time. It's a wholesome, filling meal for busy days, suitable for babies from around 8 months. Simmer until the grain is soft and the chicken cooked through, then mash or chop to size.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat50 g
  • Chicken leg1 pc
  • Carrot30 g
  • Onion1/2 pc
  • Oil1 tsp
  • Water300 ml

Instructions

    Finely chop the meat from the chicken leg and the onion.

    Grate the carrot on a fine grater.

    Sauté the onion, meat, and carrot over low heat for 3-5 minutes.

    Add the washed buckwheat.

    Pour in the water.

    Simmer until the water has evaporated. Add the oil at the end.
